Klacar relocates offices, clinics, warehouses and facilities across Toronto, Mississauga, Burlington, Oakville and Hamilton, planned for evenings or weekends so the business keeps running. Our own trucks, our own crews, one plan and one operations coordinator.

A commercial move with Klacar is planned around your business hours, not ours. An office can close on a Friday and open on Monday in the new space, with desks placed and boxes in the right rooms.
We are an asset-based carrier, established in 2012, running our own trucks and crews from Burlington, Ontario. For an office move that matters in one specific way: the plan made in your boardroom is the plan the crew follows, because the crew works for the people who wrote it.
Every move gets a lead who walks the old space and the new one, builds the floor plan and the labelling scheme, and is the crew's point of contact through the move. Procurement teams get the paperwork they need, including a certificate of insurance, before the elevator is booked.
Scoped on a site visit, then priced in writing.
Both locations walked. Elevators, docks, permits and timings written into one schedule.
Every desk, chair and crate tagged to a destination on the new floor plan. Nothing is guessed on the night.
Monitors, towers and peripherals padded and moved by workstation to the new floor plan.
Disassembly and reassembly of desks, systems furniture, boardroom tables and shelving.
Packing materials and labels delivered ahead, or packing done by our crew.
Surplus furniture to our Burlington warehouse, and the old space handed back empty.

Headcount, floors, docks, elevators, parking and permits. A move lead walks both spaces.
Every desk, crate and machine gets a label tied to a spot on the new floor plan. Timings agreed with your IT contact and the building.
Certificate of insurance, building move-in forms and any street permits are handled in planning.
Packing materials and labels arrive ahead. Staff pack their own desks, or our crew packs for them.
The crew loads, moves and places overnight or over the weekend, planned so the office can open on Monday.
An office that opens late on Monday costs more than the move did. Everything below exists to prevent that.
We plan for the crew that packs to be the crew that unpacks, so nothing has to be relearned.
One person your facilities manager deals with, from the walkthrough to the last desk.
26-foot straight trucks for tight downtown docks, 53-foot trailers for the suburban head office.
Certificate of insurance and building requirements sorted out in planning, not on the night.
From our Burlington yard we cover the office markets of Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Hamilton, Milton and Burlington itself, plus the industrial parks along the QEW and the 403.
Downtown Toronto moves involve dock bookings, freight elevators and street permits. We have done enough of them to build those into the plan rather than discover them on the night.
All served from the Burlington yard with our own trucks and crews. See service areas.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.
Yes. An office move can start Friday evening and finish before Monday. Operations runs Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for planning, and the crew works the hours the move needs.
Yes. Workstations are labelled, padded and moved to a floor plan, on a schedule agreed with your IT contact.
It depends on headcount, floors, distance and how much packing we do. A ten-desk office is a different job from a hundred-desk floor. You get one written price after the site visit, based on the agreed scope.
As early as you can. Buildings need notice for elevators and docks, and month-end weekends are popular.
Yes. Most commercial buildings require one before the freight elevator is booked, and it is available on request.
Tell us whether your IT provider handles the disconnect and reconnect, and we plan the day around them. Monitors and towers are padded and moved by workstation and land on the right desk.
Yes. Clinics can be moved after hours so patients are not disrupted. Warehouse and plant moves are quoted with our freight team. See white glove and specialty.
Surplus furniture can go to our Burlington warehouse or a second location, or be removed as agreed, so the old space can be handed back empty.
Yes. Toronto to Hamilton is routine. Offices relocating to another province are planned the same way. Offices moving into the United States get the customs paperwork added, with a customs broker for the commercial goods. See cross-border moving.
Usually the elevator, the dock or the labels. That is why the move lead books the first two in writing and checks every label before the truck is loaded.
